Our current offers

Gear Tag, Pack of 2: two 25 mm Gear Tags, £15.99 per pack. Emergency Tag, Pack of 2: two 35 mm Emergency Tag stickers, £9.99 per pack. Prices are in pounds sterling. Standard UK delivery is free.

One basket quantity means one pack. A pack contains two physical tags, each activated separately. No order or payment is accepted while ordering is closed.

Included online features

Your tag includes the features listed on its product page without a recurring subscription payment. Pro is optional and purchased separately. Pro subscription purchasing is not open yet.

No subscription required describes included features. It is not a promise that every feature or integration will remain unchanged forever. Reasonable service changes remain subject to the Terms of Use and your statutory rights.

Delivery and fitting

Only standard UK delivery is offered. No dispatch timeframe is currently advertised. Delivery information will be provided before orders can be placed.

Check the product size, intended use and compatibility. Follow the fitting guidance and the equipment or helmet manufacturer’s instructions. No compatibility with every material, coating or helmet is claimed.

Cancellation and returns

For most online purchases of goods, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. You normally then have 14 days to return them. Email [email protected] for return instructions. Do not send parcels to the registered office.

Activation does not by itself remove your statutory rights in the physical goods. Any permitted deduction for handling must reflect handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the goods.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise. Where required by law, refunds include the least expensive standard outbound delivery. Refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence of return.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Contact [email protected] if goods are faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described. Where the problem is ours, we bear reasonable return costs as required by law.

FendTag is a contact aid. It does not guarantee recovery, contact or assistance. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
